13. REC
Inspections are initiated only for certain reasons: a Referral, an Event, or a Complaint (REC). When conducting the inspection, however, violations can be observed that were not related to one of the initiating reasons.
- If the citation you are writing is related to the initiator, choose that initiator in #13's drop-down box.
- If the citation you are writing is not related to the initiator, make #13 blank by right-clicking on the field.
