- Special Procedures Needing Prior Approval
- Medical Consultation & Exams

- Chemical Hygiene Officer and/or Chemical Hygiene Committee
- Additional Employee Protection from Particularly Hazardous Substances
- Includes select carcinogens, reproductive toxins, and those with a high degree of acute toxicity
- Specific considerations for:
