Aerosol Cans
Aerosol canisters are exempt from RCRA if emptied as part of a recycling process. For example, as seen during the course of an inspection, an Aerosolv "Aerosol Recycling System" is used to puncture and drain/release the contents of an aerosol canister so that the canister can be disposed of in regular recycling streams.
